TICO hosting webinar on Sept. 11 to explain bylaw changes

At TICO's upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 24, 2024, registrants will be asked to vote on proposed changes to TICO's by-law and Articles of Amendment.

The bylaw changes are needed to bring TICO into compliance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) or related to general governance. Articles of Amendment have been prepared in accordance with ONCA’s requirements.  

TICO will host a live webinar on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. to provide registrants and stakeholders with an opportunity to learn more and ask any questions about the proposed by-law changes or Articles of Amendment.
