Save the date! Exoticca’s Fall Fling roadshow is returning this October and November, landing in select cities across Canada.

Now in its second year, the event will raise the bar in 2024 with more prizes, special guests, learning, tourism boards, food and fun, says Mike Quinto, the tour operator's vice-president of sales for Canada.

“We are expecting to have over 2,000 agents attend these special events across Canada, and trust me, you do not want to miss out this year,” Quinto tells PAX. “Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot, right away!”

This year, agents can expect a beautiful dinner, “at stunning venues around Canada,” Quinto said.

“The main goal is to thank the agent community for another outstanding year,” he said. “We want to talk about our incredible new loyalty program, where agents can earn over $15,000 extra in bonus commissions, how agents can get on our new FAMs for 2025, win free trips, win prizes, and of course, learn about all the new offerings Exoticca has put in place this year for our agent community, including our new Flight Finder with Business class options, $4,500 travel credits for client, a brand new marketing portal for agents, online learning, the new four new positions in Canada we hired for, our new call centre, new groups department, and more.”

Exoticca, which first launched in Europe in 2013, offers private and customizable travel experiences, led by local guides, in nearly 60 countries. The travel company, which is headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, made its Canadian debut in 2019.

As PAX recently learned on a trade FAM with Exoticca in Namibia, Africa, the brand offers its customers lots of flexibility through optional excursions and free time.

There are included activities – main events that tie into a tour’s theme – but other excursions are add-ons, giving travellers (and travel advisors) a chance to build their own adventure.

Exoticca also pays commission on “absolutely everything,” from the airfare taxes to whatever is booked on a tour, and bonuses through an incentive program, Quinto noted.
