ACV unveils 2023-24 Sun Collection, dates for #ACVDreamMakers tour

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) unveiled its second annual “Dream of Sun” interactive digital brochure on Tuesday (Aug. 8), revealing more than 1,000, primarily all-inclusive, hotels across 45 destinations.

This year’s brochure adds 63 additional hotels to its roster and 25 semi-exclusive resorts, ACV noted in a press release.

“We want to spark Canadians’ travel imaginations as soon as they lay their eyes upon our newest Sun Collection. Curated under the theme of, ‘a vacation for every traveller,’ we’re proud to present this new collection via digital brochure, offering more choices, more programs and of course, more vacation inspiration for your customers. Air Canada Vacations has the largestselection of hotels, making us the largest vacation wholesaler in Canada,” said Nino Montagnese, vice-president, Air Canada Vacations.

Travellers can notably search for hotels and resorts that declare a commitment to one or more ecolabels (endorsed by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council) and LGBTQ2+ vacation spots and hotels.

ACV offers more than 100 cruise itineraries to choose from and Canadians will find family-friendly vacations at more than 96 Play Collection resorts and 25 Play hotels in the U.S.

2023 #ACVDREAMMAKERS on tour

Air Canada Vacations’ annual Dream Makers product launch also returns this fall with a multi-city tour.

Travel agents are invited to join ACV as they host events from coast-to-coast to celebrate the launch of the 2023/2024 collection.

“We’re looking forward to showcasing our new Sun Collection to our trusted travel partners and help them make their customers’ travel dreams a reality,” said Ana Paula De Souza, director of sales at Air Canada Vacations. “This tour is a celebration, thanking our outstanding trade partners for their continued support.”

All #ACVDreamMakers events will take place from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. Guests can look forward to an exciting evening of cocktails, fabulous prizes, and live entertainment, as well as a presentation from Air Canada Vacations’ senior executives highlighting the 2023/2024 collection.

The second edition of Air Canada Vacations’ Travel Agent Toolkit will also be made available as of Sept. 6 during the #ACVDreamMakers Tour.

This includes relevant information to help you book your customers’ next vacation including a step-by-step guide to using the digital brochure, the most recent flight schedule for winter, an overview of available hotels and cruises, as well as Air Canada Vacations promotions and offers.
