AMG bolsters education & training team with new directors
American Marketing Group (AMG) has expanded its leadership team to advance its education and training offering.
Diana Hnatov is now the company’s director of sales and services, overseeing sales and marketing for the KORE education program.
With 35 years of experience in project management and business development, Hnatov’s expertise will help elevate the program, the company says.
TRAVELSAVERS Canada, which is owned by AMG, announced the launch of KORE in Canada last April. It’s an education program that advances how the industry enlists and trains the next wave of travel advisors.
The program addresses airline regulations, cruise sales and compliance and fraud protection, and was co-created with in-country experts, the organization said at the time.

“KORE is launching at a critical time for the travel advisor profession,” stated Jane Clementino, SVP and general manager of TRAVELSAVERS Canada. “Its mission is threefold: we attract new entrants at a time when they're truly needed. We provide comprehensive training for those advisors. And we help agencies recruit and train new consultants.”
As previously reported, Clare Burke is now director of educational training in Canada, playing a role in KORE’s use and deployment. She now manages professional development activities, leading the creation of agendas and curriculums for travel advisors, agency owners and managers at events.
"She will shape and manage educational opportunities to help our advisors enhance their competitive edge," TRAVELSAVERS said.
