Trevello Travel Group's 2025 national conference, “Momentum,” came to a powerful close last week in Montego Bay, Jamaica—leaving travel advisors energized and ready to conquer the world.
Among the week’s many highlights was a dazzling awards gala on May 8, held in a ballroom that’s shared by Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall.
There, Trevello rolled out the red carpet to honour its top-performing advisors in a night of celebration and recognition.

Advisors who achieved Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, Platinum, and the prestigious Chairman's Circle status, were invited to the stage for a celebratory photo moment (the winners were asked to wear outfits that matched the colour of their status level).
Others were recognized and presented with an array of trophies.
Trevello’s “Guiding Light Award” went to Marilyn Baird, who has been selling travel since 1979.

“Her presence has been a steady, unwavering force in Trevello’s journey,” said Zeina Gedeon, Trevello’s president and CEO, addressing the audience. “She is more than a long-standing advisor – she truly is a guiding light. Throughout the years she has embodied loyalty and strength. She has lifted others, shared her wisdom and generosity. She has led not with noise, but with example. Her impact is woven into the very fabric of our organization.”
Trevello’s advisors also voted on their favourite suppliers, in various categories, from social media to training to overall performance.
This year’s Trevello conference, which PAX covered exclusively, welcomed 152 travel advisors, 52 suppliers and guests.
In addition to offering advisors opportunities to learn and network, the conference aligned with Travel Advisor Day on May 7, featuring a keynote address by Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals Resorts International.
“I’ve heard advisors say this conference was one of our best,” said Susan Lawson, Trevello’s director of engagement. “We tried to be creative in presenting opportunities to connect with each other, supplier partners and head office. The engagement has been amazing.”
The location for next year’s Trevello conference was also unveiled: the event will take place in Ireland with partners Brendan Vacations (under the TTC Tour Brands umbrella), Tourism Ireland, and Tourism Northern Ireland.
