Turkey hosts agents on FAM

The Turkish Office of Culture and Tourism, together with Turkish Airlines and the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB), hosted a group of travel agents last week on its first MICE FAM trip from Canada.

Running from Nov. 19 to 26, the group of meeting/event and incentive travel planners travelled from Toronto to Istanbul and Izmir, where they took in the various sites and attractions while also learning about ways to sell events in Turkey. They also took part in a workshop with Turkish MICE suppliers and visited a variety of hotels and restaurants.
