New shows, coasters coming to SeaWorld parks

SeaWorld is adding an extensive line-up of new attractions, shows and events for 2017, a $175 million investment across several of the company’s parks.
The new attractions, which will be coming to SeaWorld’s parks in Orlando, San Diego, San Antonio as well as Busch Gardens parks in Tampa Bay and Williamsburg, include new roller coasters (Wave Breaker: The Rescue Coaster at SeaWorld San Antonio; the Kraken Virtual Reality coaster at SeaWorld Orlando and InvadR at Busch Gardens Williamsburg); a new education-focused Orca Encounter coming first to SeaWorld San Diego and then Orlando and San Antonio; the three-acre Ocean Explorer realm at Sea World San Diego, featuring aquariums and rides; an interactive Dolphin Nursery at SeaWorld Orlando; and a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Christmas show at the five parks.
