Geraldine Ree releases third book for travel agency leaders
Vancouver-based travel industry strategist and author Geraldine Ree has released her third book, Atlas of a Travel Business: Leading What Matters.
The book is available through her Atlas-52 program, a year-long leadership experience designed to turn insight into action and create measurable results.
Atlas of a Travel Business captures lessons Ree has learned from two decades of working with travel agency owners and leaders across North America and beyond.
It addresses what Ree identifies as the root causes of the industry's "Too Busy Problem" — lack of focus, lack of engagement, lack of customer flow and spending too much time in the business instead of leading it.
"As a mentor, I know first-hand that even the most powerful insights --- without execution --- are just information," Ree said.
"Atlas is different because it's built to be lived, not just read. The book, the companion system, and the mentoring experience work together to help leaders turn ideas into action and results that last."
The accompanying program, Atlas-52: The Year of Unstoppable Growth, delivers what Ree calls a Leadership System in a Box, combining the book, digital planner, monthly themes and live mentorship.
Each component is designed to help travel leaders shift from doing to leading, creating clarity, structure, and momentum that builds week after week.
"When you put the right people in the right roles, introduce systems and lead what matters, your business starts to work for you --- not the other way around," Ree said.
"Atlas-52 is about helping travel business owners make that shift, one intentional step at a time."
