Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises have introduced the Intelligent Chat Bot. This time saving, game changing resource is an automated and interactive tool on CruisingPower.com designed to assist travel agents with everyday tasks when managing clients' bookings.

The ChatBot can easily process payments, request invoices, view balances, payment schedules, and get answers to common questions in just a few clicks.

How does it work?

The ChatBot, although currently in beta stage, features 24/7 service, which means travel agents do not have to wait lengthy times for a response.

Upon logging into CruisingPower.com, agents will notice the ChatBot icon in the lower-right corner of the computer screen. Clicking this icon will start the chat session.

At this time the Chat Bot supports the Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises brands.
