First look: New renderings of The Bistro aboard Crystal Grace
Crystal has released new renderings of The Bistro aboard its upcoming ship Crystal Grace, set to debut June 11, 2028.
Located on Deck 5, midship, this venue promises an elegant, yet relaxed setting for a quick morning beverage or an afternoon snack following a day in port.
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of coffee, tea, light snacks, and sweets available throughout the day, complemented by two new thoughtful enhancements featuring a curated selection of Badiani gelato and warm savoury options when the ship is in colder regions.

With seating for 65 in the main Bistro Lounge and 22 in the adjacent seating area, this will be largest of Crystal’s three ships.
Crystal Grace’s speciality dining plans have also been released. Click here for details.

Crystal’s first newbuild in 25 years
Crystal Grace will be the luxury cruise line’s first new build in 25 years and the first under the ownership of Abercrombie & Kent Travel Group (AKTG).
Crystal Grace will be a 650-passenger, 61,800-gross-ton vessel and marks the next phase in the company’s fleet development.

“Crystal Grace is more than a name; it’s a promise. It reflects the effortless elegance, generous spirit, and sense of tranquility that define the Crystal experience. Crystal Grace is the embodiment of why we were awarded the World’s Best Cruise Line by Travel + Leisure, combining the best food, service, space, entertainment and shore experiences (by Abercrombie & Kent)," said Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group, in a statement last year.
"With this ship, we are honouring our heritage while continuing to evolve for a new generation of guests."

Crystal says the name was selected to reflect the ship’s design approach and its focus on a seamless onboard experience.
Crystal Grace will feature all-suite accommodations, entertainment venues and several dining concepts, including Umi Uma (the only Nobu restaurant at sea), Beefbar and menus created by the Alajmo brothers at Osteria d’Ovidio.
The line says the ship will continue to offer one of the highest crew-to-passenger ratios in the segment.
On land, Abercrombie & Kent will curate excursions and events through its global network of destination management companies.
