Zebrano Travel hires Aaron Levine to oversee operations, strategic partnerships
Zebrano Travel has appointed Aaron Levine as vice president, operations and strategic partnerships, effective April 7, 2025.
Levine has nearly 25 years of experience in the travel industry.
“His dedication to providing luxury clients with exceptional experiences will be an asset to strengthening Zebrano Travel’s mission of providing personalized luxury travel concierge services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients,” the travel agency wrote in a press release.
Levine comes to Zebrano Travel from Laurier Du Vallon Rosedale with Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), where he was most recently network manager with responsibilities of leading a team of employees across Canada.
He has extensive experience with client management, strategic relationships and team management.
“Aaron brings a tremendous breadth of experience to the Zebrano Travel management team. I am delighted to welcome him to oversee operations and strategic partnerships. We are looking forward to leveraging his skillset and vast knowledge to create a roadmap for growth for the UHNW segment. This is not a one-size-fits-all customer group. Our objective is to create a strategic plan for growth but never losing sight of the highly personalized approach that is at the heart of Zebrano Travel,” stated Anna Judek, who became the owner of Zebrano Travel last December.
Taking things to the next level
In February 2025, Levine was awarded the prestigious Northern Lights Award during Virtuoso’s Canada Forum at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Québec City.
This award is given to one Canadian member who demonstrates exceptional engagement, advocacy and the promotion of Virtuoso and the community within Canada.
Levine is also currently serving as the elected Chair of the Virtuoso’s Destinations and Experiences Committee and sits on the network’s Canada Regional Member Advisory Board.
This committee is responsible for vetting destination management companies to ensure the utmost quality and fit for Virtuoso’s advisors across the globe.

“I am excited to join the team at Zebrano Travel. I hope to leverage my experience to lead operations and Zebrano Travel’s growth strategy for the UHNW space,” said Levine in a statement.
“I am looking forward to moving to the next level in terms of customization, personalization and exclusivity that Zebrano Classification: Internal Travel offers its group of elite clients. With a focus on finding technology solutions that work for this segment and strengthening strategic partnerships, I am confident that we have the right formula for growth.”
Good timing
It's a good time to add strength in the ultra-high-net-worth space.
Recently, Virtuoso shared that in the 2024 Wealth Report, Knight Frank predicts North American growth in the UHNW Individuals of 25.7 per cent from 2023 to 2028.
UHNW individuals are identified as those with net worth greater than $30M USD, the report says.
“This demographic of travellers requires an elevated level of service and attention. The focus is on epic experiences and a frictionless journey. Zebrano Travel is well positioned to meet the needs of this unique segment,” the company said.
Zebrano has been curating exceptional travel experiences for UHNW clients for over 25 years under the helm of Wendy Davis, the company’s founder, who announced her upcoming retirement in December 2026.
The team creates customized adventures for discerning clients in Toronto and throughout North America.
“Our clients trust us to take care of all the details and to recommend experiences that are highly personalized and skillfully address client preferences and how they like to travel,” said Judek. “No client is the same. No trip is the same. The journey needs to be seamless door-to-door and the team’s attention to detail is second to none.”
