Turkish Airlines takes off at RBC Canadian Open amid expansion
Turkish Airlines made its mark as the official airline partner at the 2026 RBC Canadian Open, welcoming its guests at its Turkish Airlines Lounge overlooking the 18th hole and leaving a lasting impression during the tournament week, held June 11-14 at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley in Caledon, ON.
This year's RBC Canadian Open champion, Bud Cauley, claimed his first PGA Tour title on June 14, finishing the tournament at 17-under, achieving a long-awaited victory after years away from the sport.
Over 120,000 fans attended the tournament, a week defined by world-class competition and unforgettable moments at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley.
Building on the success of its inaugural year, the airline welcomed its guests again at the Turkish Airlines Lounge, a premium onsite venue overlooking the 18th hole, hosting golf fans, media representatives, and other notables gathering for a sampling of Turkish Airlines’ world-renowned hospitality.
Equal parts social scene and sensory escape, the lounge offered a genuine slice of Turkish culture in the heart of the Canadian countryside.

Out on the Fare Way, the Turkish Airlines activation introduced fans to its world-class catering experience with Turkish and global delicacies, a nod to Türkiye’s flag carrier’s commitment to going above and beyond at every touchpoint.
Turkish Airlines Holidays also offered fans a chance to win the ultimate golf getaway to Antalya, Türkiye, including two round-trip tickets, hotel accommodation, and four rounds of golf, with entries submitted via QR code scan.

Beyond the fan-facing elements, Turkish Airlines has extended its renowned hospitality to the players themselves, with coffee and lemonade service offered on the driving range.
For Canadians inspired to explore the world, Turkish Airlines recently expanded its flight frequencies from Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver, opening up access to more than 350 destinations through its Istanbul hub.
Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of Turkish Airlines’ golf equipment policy, which offers complimentary transportation for one set of golf clubs on all international flights, offering added convenience when visiting Türkiye’s premium golf destinations, Antalya, a unique night-golf hotspot, and across the airline's global network.
