Burlington agent facing TICO charges

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario has charged a Burlington travel agent for operating without registration.

According to a TICO release, Kyle Gaspari was charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Ontario Travel Industry Act. Gaspari operated as Executive Sports Company in Burlington and elsewhere in Ontario, said TICO.

His next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 18 at 9 a.m. at the Ontario Court of Justice in Burlington.
