Ten Canadian travel advisors who work with TourRadar, an organized adventure platform specializing in multi-day tours, are visiting Ireland on a FAM hosted by Tourism Ireland.

The trip is designed to build advisors' firsthand knowledge of Ireland's tourism offering and help them sell the destination to Canadian clients.

The itinerary includes stops in Belfast, Derry-Londonderry and Fermanagh before continuing through Ireland's Hidden Heartlands and ending in Dublin

Along the way, advisors are taking part in walking tours, boat trips, cookery demonstrations, museum visits and distillery experiences.

The program highlights Ireland's culture, heritage, food and drink scene and natural landscapes, with a focus on experiences suited to Canadian travellers looking for adventure-led and culturally immersive holidays.

"This TourRadar incentive FAM has provided an invaluable opportunity to build a strong relationship with our partners at TourRadar and showcase the island of Ireland directly to key Canadian travel professionals," said Lauren Lamonday, Tourism Ireland's business partnership executive, Canada.

"By experiencing the destination first-hand, our partners can better understand the diversity and quality of Ireland's tourism offering and feel confident recommending Ireland to their clients."

Tourism Ireland says it continues to work with Canadian advisors through destination training, itinerary inspiration, digital toolkits, trade events, webinars and access to local partners.

In 2025, Ireland welcomed about 235,000 Canadian visitors, who spent an estimated €344 million — an average of 10.8 nights and approximately €1,594 per trip.

Nearly 60 per cent of arrivals originated from Ontario

Canada ranks among Ireland's top four international tourism markets for revenue and is the third-largest source market for visitors to Northern Ireland.
