TICO looks to fill vacant board seat in December vote

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) will be holding a Meeting of Members in December, electing one wholesale position on its Board of Directors.

The meeting takes place Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 10:30 a.m. at the Toronto Congress Centre, located at 650 Dixon Rd. The election is being held to determine who will replace Jim Diebel, who resigned in August.   

All registrants will be receiving a nominations package. Nominations must be received at TICO no later than 5 p.m. EST on Friday, Oct. 31.  TICO would like to remind those wishing to run for election to allow sufficient time to obtain the required Criminal Record Check, which must be submitted with the nomination form by the deadline date. Ballots will then be sent to Member Registrants and the results will be announced at the Meeting of Members.
