Legault heading up sales for Scenic Tours, Emerald Waterways

Derek Legault has joined Scenic Tours as senior director of sales for Canada. In his new role, Legault is responsible for leading the Canadian sales efforts for both Scenic Tours and its sister line, Emerald Waterways, as well as heading up the sales teams.

He will also take charge of the travel agent support efforts as both companies continue to set new growth records. Legault is based in the Vancouver office and can be reached by e-mail at Derek.Legault@ScenicTours.com.

Legault has been working in various positions for several major travel companies throughout his 23-year travel career with much of it focused on high-end FIT Europe travel experiences, specialty groups, and sales and marketing, including his most recent position as national sales and marketing manager at OTI.

Other companies he has worked for include Conquest Vacations, Uniglobe, Fun Sun Vacations and COIBS.
