Park’N Fly unveils new Travel Agent Hub with booking tools, perks & resources

Park’N Fly has launched a new online hub aimed at giving travel advisors easier access to the tools, resources and incentives they need when arranging airport parking for clients.

The new Travel Agent Hub brings Park’N Fly product information, service details, booking resources and advisor programs together in one location.

“Travel advisors are looking for resources that are easy to find, easy to use and help them add value for their clients,” said Frank Decesare, VP Sales and Marketing, Park’N Fly, in a press release. “Park’N Fly’s Travel Agent Hub puts the information, tools, and incentives they need in one place, so advisors can spend less time searching for information and more time helping their clients travel with confidence.”

Among the resources available through the hub is access to Park’N Fly’s Travel Agent Portal, where advisors can create reservations for clients. Bookings are tracked back to the agency using a unique travel agent discount code.

Advisors can also request customized digital e-coupons that agencies can share with clients, providing exclusive parking savings that can be incorporated into booking confirmations or pre-departure communications.

The hub also provides information about Park’N Fly’s Agency Free Day Program. Through the initiative, agencies can earn free parking vouchers when reservations are made using their unique travel agent discount code or when an advisor books while signed into the Travel Agent Portal. The vouchers can be provided to clients or used for staff travel.

A digital ad library is also available, offering assets such as web banners and email graphics that agencies can use to promote Park’N Fly and generate bookings.

Park’N Fly said the hub is intended to serve as an ongoing resource for advisors seeking product information, booking tools or details about current agent programs and incentives.

Individual advisors are encouraged to bookmark the hub for easy access, while agencies can incorporate it into their internal resource libraries, advisor portals or training materials.

“Whether an advisor is making a reservation, looking for an agent discount, accessing an e-coupon or simply brushing up on Park’N Fly’s services, the Travel Agent Hub gives them a single place to start,” added Jason du Sautoy, National Sales Manager, Park’N Fly.
