Emerging Travel Group is expanding its partnership with Travelport to enhance flight booking capabilities for travel professionals, introducing new post-booking management tools ahead of the busy travel season.

The global travel technology company, which operates the RateHawk, ZenHotels and Roundtrip brands, said the expanded integration will simplify a range of post-booking tasks, including ticket issuing, ticket voiding and voluntary refunds.

The latest enhancements build on a collaboration that began in 2025, when Emerging Travel Group integrated Travelport's flight content into RateHawk, its multi-product booking platform for travel advisors, and Roundtrip, its corporate travel management solution.

Through the integration, travel advisors and corporate travel managers can access fares and content available through Travelport's global distribution system (GDS), including New Distribution Capability (NDC) content from select airlines.

The company says the expanded functionality is designed to reduce manual work and allow travel professionals to manage client itineraries more efficiently without relying on third-party providers.

“Direct access to various offers from airlines is essential for travel professionals, as it allows them to manage clients’ itineraries and make adjustments without additional communication with third-party providers. This also accelerates the booking process and their customer service. Our extended partnership with Travelport gives our partners this necessary convenience, and it's especially timely for the peak season,” said Fredrik Bonnalt, head of non-accommodation supply at Emerging Travel Group, in a press release.

Jason Toothman, Travelport's Chief Commercial Officer, said the deeper integration reflects growing demand for end-to-end air content management within a single workflow.

“Our expanding relationship with Emerging Travel Group reflects the growing demand for seamless, end-to-end air content management within a single workflow. TripServices, Travelport’s platform for building and managing travel products, gives travel professionals the tools to access, book and manage content at speed, and it is also the platform through which our recently announced collaboration with Cognizant and Anthropic comes to life.”

“That collaboration brings deeper AI capability into the workflows and features travel builders rely on every day, reducing manual effort, sharpening decisions and delivering more relevant experiences for travellers,” said Toothman.

Emerging Travel Group also said it is pursuing IATA accreditation for several of its legal entities worldwide as part of its broader strategy to strengthen its air travel offering.

The company has already secured its first accreditation in Germany.
