Heather Kearns joins Hyatt's Inclusive Collection as leisure groups BDM for Canada

Heather Kearns has joined World of Hyatt's Inclusive Collection as a leisure groups business development manager for Canada.

With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industries, Kearns “brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team,” Hyatt wrote in an announcement to its travel partners.

In her new role, Kearns will focus on the development and growth of Hyatt’s group business across Canada.

“She will also leverage her extensive experience to build strong relationships with travel professionals, further strengthening our presence in the market. Her dedication to customer service, and collaboration make her the ideal fit for this position, and we are confident of her ability to contribute to our success,” Hyatt wrote.

Previously, Kearns had been working as an independent travel advisor, specializing in wedding groups, since January 2015.

“Along the way, I've been so fortunate to have BDMs that supported me and helped me to grow my business and now I'm excited to share that is exactly what I will be doing,” Kearns wrote on her Facebook page Monday, announcing the news. “I will strive to touch base and thank everyone who helped me find my way as a travel advisor and then also those who've put their trust in me for this amazing opportunity!”

Resorts in Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection focus on immersive and elevated all-inclusive experiences.

The brands include Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara resorts, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Impression by Secrets, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.
