VIDEO: “Get loud!”: Trevello CEO Zeina Gedeon talks growth, headwinds & building bridges at Belfast conference
Trevello Travel Group took its conference game to a whole new level this year with “Building Bridges,” a first-of-its-kind event that brought roughly 250 travel advisors and suppliers to Belfast and beyond from May 2-8.
Held outside North America for the very first time, the conference, which PAX covered on location, blended professional development, unforgettable celebrations and destination experiences into a high-energy week across Northern Ireland.
In partnership with Brendan Vacations, Tourism Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland, the host agency created what felt like a three-act production — equal parts business, bonding and bucket-list adventures.

The week kicked off with workshops, presentations and networking sessions involving 150 advisors and 36 suppliers, including a “Meeting of the Minds” session where advisors helped shape the conversation themselves.
Then came Global Travel Advisor Day on May 6, celebrated Trevello-style with pink flair, fun and plenty of appreciation.

Advisors also explored iconic regions like the Causeway Coast, Derry-Londonderry and County Fermanagh on curated FAM trips designed to connect them with local culture.

And one of many highlights? An over-the-top gala and awards night at Titanic Belfast – the world’s latest attraction dedicated to the luxury passenger liner that sank in 1912 – complete with a replica Grand Staircase and enough sparkle to rival the Titanic itself.

Miss out on the action? You’re in luck! PAX was there, with its cameras rolling.
Watch our exclusive interview with CEO Zeina Gedeon, filmed on location at Titanic Belfast — a PAX first! — as she reflects on Trevello’s “Building Bridges” conference, the host agency's growth and her message to travel advisors navigating industry headwinds.
