Skal Toronto goes golfing with the travel industry
Skal Toronto hit the links yesterday, welcoming the travel industry to a day of fun at its 2016 golf tournament.
Ninety-five golfers took to the greens at Toronto’s Royal Woodbine Golf Course for 18 holes of golf with close to 110 attendees for the evening reception and dinner. On the course, Allianz Global Assistance raised $400 for Toronto’s Daily Bread Food bank through a paper airplane contest at the sixth hole.
PAX was the official travel media partner for this year’s tournament handling photography duties and greeting golfers with refreshments at the 18th hole, while John Kirk, EVP and co-publisher, took on the role of auctioneer during the event’s live auction.
