redtag.ca, itravel2000 honoured for delivering quality customer service

Red Label Vacations Inc. says redtag.ca and itravel2000 have been recognized with the Feefo Trusted Service Award for 2024. 

The accolades recognize businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience, the company says. 

Working with over 6,500 brands, Feefo is one of the world's largest providers of verified reviews, helping brands understand customers by analyzing verified reviews and providing insight into trends, needs, and habits. 

The businesses that stand out are those who put excellence in their service and weave in a customer advocacy strategy. The awards, meanwhile,  celebrate brands that deliver standards that go above and beyond.

redtag.ca received the Gold Trusted Service Award while itravel2000 recieved the Platinum Trusted Service Award. 

Feefo has presented Gold Trusted Service Awards to businesses that have collected at least 50 reviews between Jan. 1 2023 and Dec. 31, 2023, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.
