Kerry Sharpe joins Logimonde Media as Editor-In-Chief

Marie-Klaude Gagnon, President & CEO of Logimonde Media Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Kerry Sharpe as Editor-In-Chief, effective Sept. 12, 2016.

“Logimonde will be celebrating its 25th anniversary next year, and as a recognized leader in the Canadian travel trade industry, we are always changing and adapting to find new and innovative ways to always help the travel community in their everyday lives,” said Gagnon. “As we now focus on growing our Toronto office, we are delighted to welcome Kerry to the Logimonde Media team. Her experience in the industry – within the trade media, tour operator and travel retailer worlds – makes her an ideal person to help us continue as a leader in the Canadian travel media landscape.”

Based in Toronto, Sharpe will manage the editorial content for PAX magazine (English), PAXnews.com, and PAXnewsWest.com, as well as oversee the company’s social media channels, and work closely with the marketing and sales teams for all of Logimonde Media’s products and services.

Sharpe has worked within the travel industry for the last 15 years, starting as a writer for a travel trade publication, before moving over to Thomas Cook (now TravelBrands) in various corporate communications roles, and most recently, as director of communications for itravel2000.
