ACTA Campus adds French content, ACE program

French content and access to the Air Canada Expert program are now available on the ACTA Campus, the organization announced this week.

All ACTA members now have access to the programs that have been designed to “enable lifelong learning through personal continuing education.” With this launch, Air Canada's Global Sales University, top industry Specialist Programs and webinars are available in both languages, with more planned to be released in 2017.

ACTA also announced that in partnership with Air Canada, the Air Canada Expert (ACE) Certification Exams are now available. Travel agents can complete the Air Canada Global Sales University curriculum and be on their way to becoming a certified Air Canada Expert (ACE).

Agents can become an Air Canada Expert (ACE) in two easy steps. First, agents obtain their Captain's badge by successfully completing all 16 modules within the six Air Canada courses, with a grade of 80 per cent or higher. As Captain, agents receive Air Canada's Global Sales University certificate of completion and are eligible to attain ACE Certification. Agents will then complete two of three Certification Exams with a grade of 80 per cent or higher to earn their Air Canada Expert (ACE) certification.

Travel agents who hold ACE designations will receive the Air Canada Expert Recognition Kit which includes:

  • Air Canada Expert Graduation Certificate
  • Air Canada Expert Certification Logo for inclusion on your business card

Travel agents who complete their Air Canada Expert (ACE) certification by March 31, 2017 will be eligible to win a seat on an Air Canada Experts exclusive FAM trip to one of Air Canada’s or Air Canada rouge’s international destinations confirmed in Premium Economy or Premium rouge.

In addition, travel agents who complete their Air Canada Expert (ACE) certification by January 31, 2017 will be eligible to win one of three iPad-Pros.

Agents can enroll today by visiting the ACTA Campus or join ACTA and Air Canada for an upcoming webinar on Nov. 22, 2016 to learn more.
