Open ahead of schedule

The fact that the hotel will be opening ahead of schedule is thanks to major efforts to meet renovation work deadlines.

The Iberostar Grand Packard, part of Iberostar's city hotels segment, combines the building’s original architecture and the renovation of its 1911 façade, featuring innovative and exclusive lines, offering guests 321 rooms as well as luxury services and amenities.

This classic Havana hotel conserves the authentic spirit of Paseo del Prado, Old Havana’s main avenue. Adding to its height is a contemporary upper structure, affording the most spectacular views of the capital, overlooking the Malecón Broadwalk and the Bay of Havana, as well as the Tres Reyes del Morro Castle.

MICE opportunities

The Iberostar Grand Packard is also equipped to handle MICE tourism, as it features facilities for conventions and business events.

The opening of this classic building will also coincide with the preparations to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the founding of Havana and the 25th anniversary of Iberostar Hotels & Resorts’ presence in Cuba.
