Historic significance in a modern city

Coinciding with Havana's 500th anniversary and marking 25 years of business in Cuba, Iberostar's newest Cuban hotel will be in one of Havana's most iconic buildings, a move meant to honor the cultural heritage of Cuba's capital city.

Once complete, the hotel will offer 321 rooms and luxury service to guests, as well as three bars and six restaurants featuring local gastronomy.

"Cuba has always been one of our priority destinations and one of our customers' international favorites. The Iberostar Grand Packard embodies not only our commitment to Cuba and our respect for its past and future, but also our commitment to excellence, quality and customer experience," said Aurelio Vázquez, COO at Iberostar Group.

Given its high architectural value and its roots in the capital, Iberostar has opted for a rehabilitation project that retains the heritage roots and peculiarities of the building, which blends well with the flavors, rhythm and history of this magical city.

The Iberostar Grand Packard resurfaces with its original facade that once hosted famous personalities such as Pablo Neruda and Marlon Brando and preserves the essence of Paseo del Prado, the most important avenue of Old Havana.

It also provides a spectacular view of the capital towards the promenade and the Havana Bay and the Castle of the Three Kings of Morro.
