Hilton adds two luxury resorts to its all-inclusive portfolio
Hilton has transitioned Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to an all-inclusive model, expanding its luxury offering on Mexico’s Caribbean coast.
Both properties made the switch on Oct. 1, with further changes coming Jan. 10, 2027: Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will become adults-only for guests aged 18 and older, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will introduce Ceiba Club, a dedicated adults-only section within its multigenerational resort.
The properties will cater to different clients. Waldorf Astoria will focus on oceanfront privacy, personalized service and chef-led dining, while Conrad will emphasize discovery, culinary variety and experiences for travellers of all ages.
Hilton says the changes reflect growing demand for luxury all-inclusive stays that combine dining, wellness and personalized experiences with the convenience of an inclusive rate.
What advisors need to know
Existing reservations at both resorts will be honoured under their original terms, except Waldorf Astoria bookings that include guests under 18 arriving on or after Jan. 10, 2027. Hilton says the resort will work with affected guests to arrange alternative accommodations.
At Waldorf Astoria, a personal concierge will assist with dining, spa appointments, transportation and excursion planning before and during the stay.
Conrad will retain its included kids’ club. Its new Ceiba Club will feature a dedicated lounge, pool and beach, along with access to Autor, the resort’s contemporary Mexican restaurant.
At both properties, the all-inclusive rate covers 24-hour in-room dining and a daily restocked minibar. Stays of four nights or more may also include one resort experience or off-site excursion, such as a cenote visit at Conrad.
