Couples Resorts says it will reopen on December 1, 2025.
The company reports its teams are working to restore full operations following the impact of Hurricane Melissa and asks advisors to contact the brand via email while phone and reservation systems experience intermittent disruption.
Guests with reservations before December 1, 2025 have three options:
- Reschedule for any date through December 24, 2025 or between May 1–December 24, 2026 without penalties
- Request a travel credit valid for one year from the original arrival date
- Request a full refund of the hotel portion of the booking
The resort group says inquiries are being reviewed in order of travel dates and notes that response times may be longer than usual due to volume.
Travellers with immediate departures are being advised to check with their airline for flight status before making changes.
