Set against the stunning scenery of Club Med Québec Charlevoix, TravelOnly hosted its 2025 National Conference and the annual TADA Awards last month.

The event, held during the third week of September, brought together travel advisors, supplier partners, and industry leaders from across the country.

Themed “Reaching New Heights: Rising to New Altitudes of Success Together,” the conference reflected TravelOnly’s ongoing commitment to innovation, collaboration, and growth.

“You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get,” said Greg Luciani, TravelOnly president and CEO, quoting competitive swimmer Michael Phelps.

During the week, TravelOnly shared tools, knowledge, and strategies for its network of advisors, from AI-powered platforms to “Lead Hive,” an AI-powered lead generation and conversion platform.

Every aspect of the week’s agenda was designed to sharpen the modern travel advisor’s edge and expand their potential.

Advisors participated in supplier-led sessions with reps from cruise, land, insurance and air and marketing and content labs focused on brand-building, digital storytelling, and campaign development.

Attendees also engaged in strategic discussions around AI integration, automation, and scalable marketing tools.

TADA Awards Gala

The TADA Awards Gala also took place, providing a formal evening dedicated to recognizing those whose achievements and leadership set the standard within our industry.

From top producers to trusted partners, the awards celebrated excellence across the TravelOnly network with the sense of pride and professionalism that defines our community.

In addition to peer and supplier awards, the evening recognized this year’s Top Producers and 24 Presidents Club winners.
