First In Service (F1S) has once again been recognized by its partner Air Canada as a Circle of Excellence (COE) Platinum Agency, the highest award level in the airline’s prestigious program.

F1S Canada advisors’ support for Air Canada have helped the agency earn Platinum status every year since 2022.

One week ago, Air Canada bestowed its annual Circle of Excellence awards to recipients at Toronto’s Royal York Hotel. Air Canada’s Circle of Excellence program was initially created in Canada and has since expanded globally.

It recognizes travel agencies for their loyalty and partnership with Air Canada across a range of performance criteria. Today, more than 450 Canadian travel agencies are Circle of Excellence members across four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and the top-tier Platinum.

“The Air Canada 2025 Platinum Circle of Excellence award is a true testament to the incredible partnership we share with First in Service Canada. Their advisors are true leaders in luxury travel and stand among the very best in the industry,” said Jamie Fox, senior manager of regional sales for Air Canada. “We deeply value their support of our premium cabins, their commitment to creating loyalty with our Aeroplan program, and their dedication to delivering world-class service to our mutual customers. First in Service Canada is a valued partner, and we are proud to recognize and celebrate the impact they make every day.”
