Atlas Ocean Voyages reports strongest January bookings on record
Atlas Ocean Voyages says it opened 2026 with its strongest January booking performance on record, reporting a more than 60 per cent year-over-year increase in January bookings and nearly triple the volume of January 2024.
In a Feb. 4, 2026 announcement, the company said the results build on sales momentum from 2025, with demand for future voyages “at an all-time high.”
Atlas attributed the start-of-year performance to several initiatives, including the launch of its Enhanced Explorer’s Choice offer, a refreshed brand identity, and the announcement of its first Atlas-class yacht, slated to join the fleet in late 2028.
The newbuild, Atlas Adventurer, is described as a luxury expedition sailing yacht.
“January marked one of the strongest booking months in Atlas Ocean Voyages’ history, setting a powerful tone for 2026,” said James A. Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages.
“A more than 60 percent year-over-year increase in bookings and nearly three times the volume of January 2024 signal not only heightened demand but also increased consumer confidence in the Atlas brand.”
The company added that it is seeing “strong forward booking trends, healthy pricing, and earlier purchase behaviour,” which it said supports its year-round luxury expedition positioning.
“The response from our travel partners has been incredible,” said Kristian C. Anderson, executive vice president of global sales at Atlas Ocean Voyages, adding that Atlas has focused on “enhanced access, additional layers of support, and a more robust in-market engagement.”
Atlas Ocean Voyages’ fleet currently includes World Navigator, World Traveller, and World Voyager, with Atlas Adventurer set to debut in 2028, according to the company.
