Danube dreaming: ACTA river cruise Summit underway with Avalon

Avalon Waterways is holding its second ACTA Summit this week, this time sailing the iconic Danube River. 

There are more than 100 travel advisors from across Canada on board.

The custom, travel advisor-only cruise set sail in Budapest, and throughout the eight-day “Danube Dreams” itinerary, advisors can not only follow their passions on “Classic,” “Discovery” and “Active” Avalon Choice excursions, but they are also taking part in onboard workshops and special events and business opportunities before disembarking in Vilshofen, Germany.

There are also opportunities to meet one-on-one with representatives from Manulife and Air Canada. 

Of all the agents participating, 22 of them from The Travel Agent Next Door.
