Riverside grows NA sales team, Ousounov promoted to senior dir. of sales, Canada

Riverside Luxury Cruises has announced four new hires and made several promotions to its North America sales and marketing team.

Peter Ousounov has been promoted to senior director of sales for Canada, according to a press release.

The company is reporting growth in the North American market since launching in 2023. It says its poised for more expansion with the addition of new team members in the United States: Ian Duncan, director of sales, Northeast and Upper Midwest; Matt Ogden, director of sales and key accounts, California and Hawaii; Desirey Virgin, director of sales, Southeast; and Kelsey Thompson, director of marketing.

Additionally, Michelle Rodriguez Suarez has been promoted VP, sales for Latin America, Asia, MICE and Seaside Collection’s Finolhu Resort in the Maldives.

“As we continue to expand our presence in U.S. market, building a world-class team is paramount. Riverside Luxury Cruises is new luxury river cruise line in Europe, offering vacations on the Rhine, Rhône, Danube, Moselle, and Main rivers.
