Caroline Hay joins Global Travel Collection as senior director, cruise programs

Caroline Hay has joined the Global Travel Collection as senior director of cruise programs, PAX has learned.

Hay was previously vice president of cruise at Trevello, where she worked for eight years in various roles.

She started at the Global Travel Collection at the end of January.  

In an earlier interview with PAX, Hay shared that she was eager to embrace a new challenge.

“I’ve always encouraged our advisors to push beyond their comfort zones and to stay open to new opportunities,” Hay said last month. “This time, I have taken my own advice as I explore a new opportunity in the industry.”

Part of the Internova Travel Group, the Global Travel Collection is a luxury-focused host agency supporting more than 1,500 travel advisors and generating over $2.3B in annual global sales.

In her new role, Hay will be responsible for leading cruise strategy and partner performance across the Global Travel Collection network, with a focus on advisor engagement, revenue growth, and scalable program development. 

She will also oversee preferred partner relationships, commercial alignment, marketing, and education initiatives designed to drive measurable results and long-term advisor success.

"With a strong foundation already in place and a significant opportunity ahead, I’m looking forward to elevating our cruise category leadership, deepening partner alignment, and driving meaningful growth and opportunity for our advisor community," wrote Hay on her LinkedIn page.
