Toronto Pearson is expanding its dining, shopping and lounge lineup with more than 30 new openings throughout 2026, bringing a mix of homegrown Canadian concepts and international brands to the airport.

The commercial expansion puts a particular focus on Canadian-owned, Toronto-founded and locally inspired businesses, including Roywoods, Muskoka Supply Co., Greetings from Toronto, Mary Brown's Chicken, Dillon's, Libretto Slice Shop and KINTON RAMEN.

International brands such as CHANEL and Ladurée are also part of the airport's growing roster.

"For millions of travellers each year, Toronto Pearson is where journeys begin, connections are made and Canada comes to life," said Deborah Flint, CEO, Toronto Pearson, in a statement. "By continuing to evolve our retail and dining options, we are creating a sense of place that reflects the diversity, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of our country, while delivering an exceptional passenger experience."

Among the additions is Roywoods, the Toronto Caribbean restaurant, which is opening its first airport location at Pearson.

Muskoka Supply Co. will bring an Ontario cottage-country theme to the airport with apparel, gifts and other products, while Greetings from Toronto will offer locally inspired souvenirs and gifts.

On the luxury side, CHANEL is opening a fragrance and beauty boutique, while Aura Beauty will showcase a curated collection of Canadian skincare, wellness and personal care brands.

Pearson's food and beverage lineup is also growing throughout the year.

New concepts include Boulevard Pizza, OEB Kitchen + Bar, Pret A Manger, Real Fruit Bubble Tea and Brasa Peruvian Kitchen, as well as Pearson's first Mary Brown's Chicken location.

Passengers will also have more options for relaxing between flights, with Wait N' Rest private rooms and a new Plaza Premium Lounge among the hospitality additions.

The expansion comes as Pearson moves ahead with its LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals) program, an ambitious modernization plan aimed at preparing Canada's largest airport for future growth.

According to Pearson, the new dining, retail and lounge concepts are intended to give passengers more options throughout their airport journey while providing Canadian and local businesses with exposure to millions of travellers from around the world.
