Travel Corporation announces extended call centre hours
The Travel Corporation has announced extended call centre hours for Contiki, Trafalgar and Insight Vacations in Canada, Australia and South Africa, to assist in booking travel and answering inquiries to better meet the needs of travel agents and clients.
Contiki was the first company within The Travel Corporation’s family of brands to provide extended hours, which came into effect on Sept. 3. With its continued success and positive feedback from clients, Trafalgar and Insight Vacations extended their customer service hours as of Oct. 2. The full schedule of available customer service hours for each brand is as follows:
Contiki:
- Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2 a.m.
- Friday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Insight Vacations:
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2 a.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Trafalgar:
Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 2 a.m.
Friday: 9 a.m.- 9 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.
