Sunwing's SXM service cancelled until April 30
Following the impact of Hurricane Irma, Sunwing has pushed back the resumption of all St. Maarten flights from Toronto and Montreal until April 30, 2018.
To provide affected customers with more options, Sunwing has scheduled additional flights on the same day of travel from Toronto to Montego Bay and Montreal to Cancun. Customers have also been provided the option of re-booking alternative vacation packages at a special rate, choosing from other available options or cancelling for a full refund. Customers who booked with their travel agent are encouraged to contact them directly to make arrangements.
After sustaining siginificant damage in the storm, St. Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport remains closed to commercial flights, serving instead as a hub for emergency and evacuation flights only.
