A royal welcome at El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale

Hotels El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale - two adult facilities in Riviera Maya - were named the winners of the seventh Annual Karisma Awards held recently. Guests are received and served there like royalty, with a glass of champagne on arrival, luxury suites, room service 24 hours a day, butlers available to customers (even on the beach), a la carte restaurants without reservations, food, wines and high-quality alcohol. The Karisma Gourmet Inclusive experience is much more than the traditional all-inclusive.

The Generations Riviera Maya, a hotel primarily for families that was constructed at the end of the site where the El Dorado Royale El Dorado and Casitas Royale were built, offers most of these services to customers.

The three facilities of this huge hotel complex, built along the beach in Riviera Maya, extends over an area of 2.5 kilometers. The walk from one end to the other is five miles in the middle of an exceptional tropical environment, both in its landscape and its cleanliness. It is not without reason that hundreds of couples each year choose this idyllic setting to get married.

No fence or barrier separates the multitude of small villas at El Dorado Royale El Dorado and Casitas Royale, which are distinguished from one another by the type of accommodation. Only a small sign tells you that you are entering the neighboring territory, but nothing changes for customers because with the exception of children, who must remain in Generations, all adults can move and eat at the place of their choice. Travelling on foot or in a small vehicle is extremely easy, thanks to an extraordinary network of stone paths that are traversed day and night by a fleet of golf carts, carrying tourists or staff who provide the service dropoff window.

While the three hotels offer a number of entertainment activities, the evenings are rather quiet and the site is certainly not the ideal place for those who want to party every night. For their part, customers looking for action are invited to El Dorado Maroma Karisma a few miles away, where activities such as scuba diving, deep sea fishing, horseback riding, and dipping with dolphins are offered.

In addition to having achieved the AAA Four Diamond rating, the three institutions have been certified Green Globe for the environmentally-minded. El Dorado Royale, El Dorado Casitas Royale and the Generations buy their fresh vegetables from a local 76,000 square feet hydroponic greenhouse.

The development of the Karisma chain continues with vigor. In addition to now owning hotels in Europe, the Karisma owners also have major projects for Mexico: at El Dorado Maroma, they are going to build 58 suites on stilts as is found in Bora Bora, but a only few hours flight from major North American cities.
