"Jewels of the Caribbean": BermudAir to fly from Toronto to Turks & Caicos and Anguilla
BermudAir will fly nonstop service from Toronto Pearson to Turks and Caicos, with continuing service to Anguilla, starting this winter, the airline announced Wednesday (June 3).
Flights will go on sale on Friday (June 5).
The new route will connect Canadian travellers to two of the Caribbean’s most sought-after luxury destinations, celebrated for their pristine beaches, boutique resorts, world-class hospitality, and exclusive island atmosphere.
The seasonal routes, which are subject to government approval, will operate on Saturdays from December 19 through May 1, 2027.
Flights will depart Toronto at 2:45 p.m., landing in Turks and Caicos at 6:40 p.m., then connecting service to Anguilla will depart at 8 p.m., landing at 10:55 p.m.
Return flights leave Anguilla at 9 a.m., depart Turks and Caicos at 11 a.m., and land at Toronto at 3 p.m.
“Both Turks and Caicos and Anguilla are jewels of the Caribbean,” said Adam Scott, founder and CEO of BermudAir, in a news release. “We’re thrilled to continue expanding our network and growing our presence in Canada while offering travellers more convenient access to some of the region’s most exceptional destinations.”
In a follow-up statement to PAX, Scott noted how Turks and Caicos and Anguilla are “very desirable destinations for Canadians” and fit neatly into the airline’s route network as winter seasonal routes operated during Bermuda’s softer season.
“We launched Anguilla from New York, Boston and Washington, DC last year and the routes performed very well. I have no doubt it’ll be the same from Toronto,” he said.

Vacation packages to the two new destinations will also be offered through BermudAir Holidays, he said.
The CEO added: "We're investing more than ever in our travel advisor partners, ensuring BermudAir is more accessible than ever to book with ease, now participating in both Sabre and Amadeus GDS bookable under our 2T flight numbers.”
All flights are operated on Embraer E190 aircraft.

“We’re excited to welcome Bermudair’s continued growth at Toronto Pearson with this new service to Anguilla, a previously unserved market from Toronto. With a stop in Turks and Caicos, the service provides passengers with easy connectivity to two beautiful Caribbean destinations,” added Carl Jones, head of aviation business development at Toronto Pearson, in a statement.
"Canada is booming"
Meanwhile, BermudAir’s 2026 summer schedule, for Bermuda, offers six times weekly flights to from Toronto (YYZ) and twice weekly service from Montreal (YUL) and Halifax (YHZ).
“Canada has been booming for us," Scott said. "While our focus is on the Caribbean for winter, we’ll always add frequencies to meet rising demand. As traffic continues to grow, we’ll look at additional frequencies to Bermuda for summer 2027.”
When asked whether BermudAir might expand its Turks and Caicos and Anguilla service to Montreal or Halifax, Scott said the possibility remains on the table.
"We’re constantly growing," he said. "We’ll see how Toronto does this winter and consider additional routes for the following winter.”

High NPS scores
BermudAir is also reporting high satisfaction scores.
The boutique island airline earned a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 78.9 percent in May, “one of the highest ratings in the airline industry.”
The company reported a Loyalty Score of 91.83 per cent, underscoring the strength of its customer relationships and growing appeal of its boutique model.
The results represent gains over the previous survey period, with NPS increasing from 67.8 per cent in March and April to 78.92 per cent in May, while Loyalty Score improved from 89.2 per cent to 91.83 per cent.
The findings are based on extensive customer feedback, with 3,501 surveys opened and 2,284 completed responses submitted, says BermudAir.
"Our mission has always been to redefine air travel by combining premium comfort with genuine Bermudian hospitality," said Scott.
"These results demonstrate that our customers recognise and value the personalized service, warmth, and attention to detail that differentiate BermudAir. We are especially proud that our team continues to deliver an experience that inspires such strong loyalty and advocacy."
