G Adventures launches new ‘Comfort’ tours

G Adventures has introduced eight new itineraries in their 2015 Comfort brochure, including trips to Belize, Central and Eastern Europe, East Africa, Ecuador (both the mainland and Galapagos Islands), Patagonia, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

The new Comfort trips are designed to offer travellers culturally interactive experiences while still maintaining the comforts and amenities offered in all G Adventures tours.

A number of the Comfort tours include a visit to a Planeterra project, such as Sisterhood of Survivors, a project in Nepal where travellers can learn how to cook with women who are survivors of human trafficking.

All G Adventures’ Comfort trips include accommodation and extras such as airport transfers, private transport and meals.

New itineraries include:

Treasures of Nepal – A 10-day trip in old Kathmandu and Bhaktapur city with a local guide. Includes lunch at Sisterhood of Survivors, a visit to a Monastery guesthouse and a tour of Chitwan National Park. Departures are year round.

Belize Explorer – A 10-day trip to the Mayan ruins of Lamanai. Includes tasting hot sauce at Marie Sharp's factory, and visits to a coastal village and Caye Caulker. Departures are from Mar. to Nov. 2015.

Treasures of Sri Lanka – A 14-day trip exploring ruins and archaeological sites with local experts includes taking in a village meal, visiting a tea plantation and a guided elephant safari. Departures are year round.
