Flair Airlines has joined the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC), the national trade association representing Canada’s commercial aviation and flight training sectors.

“ATAC plays an important role in shaping the future of Canadian aviation through advocacy, safety leadership, and industry collaboration,” said Len Corrado, CEO of Flair, in a press release issued Tuesday (March 3). “As a proud Canadian value carrier, we believe in contributing to a strong and competitive air transport sector. Joining ATAC allows us to work alongside industry partners to advance policies that support safe and efficient operations, strengthen security standards, foster innovation, and help ensure long-term, sustainable growth for commercial aviation in Canada.”

ATAC represents airlines, flight training organizations, and aviation industry suppliers across the country, serving as a unified voice for civil aviation.

Through engagement with government, regulators, and industry stakeholders, ATAC works to advance policies and standards that strengthen Canada’s air transport system and support a resilient aviation ecosystem.

“We are pleased to welcome Flair Airlines to ATAC,” said Julie Mailhot, president and CEO of the Air Transport Association of Canada. “Strengthening safety across our industry requires all of us working together. Flair’s participation supports that shared commitment and reinforces our collective efforts to advance safety and professionalism in Canadian aviation.”
