Air Transat's Cuba flights back to full operation

Operations on all seven of Air Transat’s Cuban routes are back to normal as of today (Nov. 15), with the restoration of full service to its Cayo flights.

The news follows the restoration of service to Santa Clara on Nov. 11; service to the carrier’s other Cuba destinations—Varadero, Holguin, Havana, Cayo Largo and Camagüey— has been back to normal for several weeks already, Transat said.

“The Cubans have done an amazing job and have quickened the deployment of their renovation plan,” explains Renée Boisvert, Vice-President, Products, Transat Tours Canada. “This provided an opportunity to update many resorts. Our Cuban hotel partners are now totally ready to welcome guests, and of course Cuban hospitality is still second-to-none!”
