Air Canada suspends flights to Puerto Rico

Due to the devastating passage of Hurricane Maria at San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), Air Canada has suspended all flights to Puerto Rico until further notice.

In the case of cruise line customers, who have arrived in Puerto Rico on cruise ships, Air Canada is working to establish alternative routes to transport these customers to and from San Juan on flights offered by US carriers.

For tickets purchased from Aeroplan or Air Canada Vacations, you must contact these companies directly.

A goodwill policy is in place, so affected customers can change their reservations or get a refund.
