Venere releases updated booking platform

Online booking tool Venere has launched several new enhancements for agents, which will allow for easier bookings at more than 435,000 international properties.

The updated platform includes new features such as the ability to see TripAdvisor ratings for every property, detailed property and room information (including access to images, check-in/check-out times and hotel policies) and options to specify special requests such as room and bedding preferences. Tracking reservations and bookings have also been simplified, as confirmation numbers will be separate for each room booked, giving agents the ability to change information on any one room of a multiple room booking.

According to GreGG Truman, VP – sales & marketing for Venere, Canadian travel agents make up more than 30 per cent of the platform’s North American users.

Venere is free for travel agents and requires no monthly minimums to maintain. Commissions are paid on a monthly basis. Free registration is available at http://travelagencies.venere.com.
