TRAVELSAVERS recognizes top sellers with Ireland trip

TRAVELSAVERS recognized its Elite TRAVELSAVERS affiliates, including 16 Canadian members, recently with a trip to Ireland.

Recognizing the top-producing U.S. and Canadian travel professionals and thanking them for their continued support of TRAVELSAVERS products and services, the Elite event’s first stop was in Dublin, where the group had time to explore the 2,000 year-old capital city and visit the St. James’ Gate Brewery. From there they travelled to Ashford Castle, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

“The valuable time our team gets to spend with our Elite travel professionals and preferred suppliers is what makes this experience so rewarding,” says Kathryn Mazza-Burney, executive vice-president of sales, TRAVELSAVERS.

Guests were treated to a number of exclusive private experiences, including a visit to the dramatic Cliffs of Moher and a stop to enjoy the brooks and rivers known as Connemara and the historic Kylemore Abbey. While at Ashford Castle they took part in a private Hawk Walk on the grounds and spent time with the sommelier at the Wine Cave for a tasting of the Tollman family’s Bouchard wines. To top off the evening the group was entertained by a traditional Irish Hooley, a Ceili Band.

The week-long event concluded with a celebration in the George V Restaurant at Ashford Castle.
