Travel Leaders Network wrapped its 2025 Fall Regionals after bringing together over 650 members and preferred partners in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto.

Combined with the Canadian Mixers in Eastern and Western Canada, over 1,700 members participated in the network's signature events this year, marking the most successful outreach in TLN's history.

The regional events provided members with tools and training to grow their businesses through networking opportunities, supplier partner panel discussions and trade shows.

"Never have I seen such enthusiasm and buzz than at our Canadian Fall Regional Conferences this year," said Christine James, vice president of Travel Leaders Network.

"Member demand was strong and both members and preferred partners were so engaged. The events provided excellent opportunities for both our owner/managers and frontline advisors to connect in-person with peers, to educate themselves about our top-notch agency enhancing programs and to learn how to tailor them to their own business needs."

The 2025 series introduced a new feature called Ready, Set, Play and Learn—an interactive session hosted by sponsors with the Canadian team that combined engaging experiences with quick sponsor snapshots and on-the-spot giveaways.

"These, along with our fireside chat with our key sponsors addressing questions that were submitted by our members supports collaboration and shared experiences," said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network.

"As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that."

"I love attending the Fall Regional Conference in Vancouver, as it is always the perfect blend of networking and education," said Erica Jones, owner of Stress Free Magic Travel in Vancouver

"It is such an encouragement to hear where other people are and where we could be. The events are always so well-organized, and there was ample time allotted for presentations and the trade show experience, which helped connect us with key suppliers in the travel industry."

"The Travel Leaders Network Conference in Toronto is truly one of my favourite travel gatherings of the year," said Anita Magnoli of Northstar Travel in Kitchener, Ontario

"It was inspiring, engaging and overall, an excellent event to attend. We are always managing the most effective ways to invest time in our business, and TLN's Toronto signature event covered every facet, from training to marketing strategies and support and superb networking."

Throughout 2025, Travel Leaders Network has seen significant membership growth, welcoming new agencies ranging from small businesses to large enterprise groups.

Members continue to benefit from the network's suite of programs, including the SNAP online booking tool, Cruise Complete, Distinctive Voyages, Agent Profiler and Engagement Marketing.

The next series of regional events, titled "Ignite Canada," will take place in 2026 with a new format including expanded two-day events in each city, with dates and locations to be announced soon.

Major sponsors of the Fall Regionals included Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Sandals & Beaches Resorts and Manulife.

Travel Leaders Network, an Internova Travel Group company, is North America's largest travel agency network with approximately 5,700 travel agency locations across the United States and Canada.
