Travel Leaders names Lindsay Pearlman as SVP & COO

Travel Leaders Network (TLN) has named Lindsay Pearlman as its new senior vice-president and chief operating officer, according to a company memo that was shared last week.

The leadership update comes on the heels of John Lovell being named president of TLN, effective January 1, 2025. Lovell is replacing Roger Block, who will step down at the end of the year as Travel Leaders' president to become a senior advisor in the organization.

“With his extensive experience and commitment to excellence, Lindsay will be my right hand in delivering top-tier support, services, products and programs to our valued Travel Leaders Network members,” said Lovell in a statement.

Pearlman has been part of the Travel Leaders Network since 2019. He was originally hired to work with the consortium’s international partners, eventually taking on more duties in member relations.

Before joining Travel Leaders, Pearlman was co-president of Ensemble. He was also once a director and general manager at American Express.

As COO, Pearlman will oversee Travel Leaders’ affiliate and associate membership teams in both the U.S. and Canada, in addition to being responsible for new business development and growth programs. 

He will also work more closely with Travel Leaders’ marketing, industry relations and technology teams.
