Transat's Surprise Dates contest returns

Transat is back today with its Surprise Dates contest for travel consultants across Canada.

The contest is intended to recognize the contribution of agents to Transat's growth for the last 30 years.

Every booking of a Transat product made today by midnight automatically earns consultants a chance to win one of the three monthly trips that will be drawn at random in these three regions: Quebec-Ottawa, Ontario-Atlantic and Western Canada. The three winners will each enjoy a package for two, including Air Transat flights in Economy class and a one-week, all-inclusive stay at one of these Barcelo Hotel Group resorts: Occidental Punta Cana in Dominican Republic, Occidental at Xcaret Destination in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, and Occidental Costa Cancún, also in Mexico.

Registration is not required. Contest entry is automatic as soon as a travel consultant sells a Transat flight, package, or cruise during the day.

In addition, two other travel agents per region who have booked a Transat product today will be selected at random to earn $30 in Bonbon rewards. The names of the winners will be announced in the coming days.

During the Surprise Dates contest From February to November 2017, Transat is drawing a total of 30 surprise trips — three each month — from among travel consultants in Canada. On one day each month, on a milestone date in the tour operator’s history, every booking they make will earn them one chance to win.

Transat also has a variety of surprises and special activities planned throughout this 30th anniversary year, highlighting how far it has come and celebrating the future.
