TICO to host interactive workshop for certified agents

TICO's Compliance Team is hosting an informative and interactive workshop for TICO Certified travel agents to refresh their knowledge on some key areas in the regulation. Areas include the following:

• Advertising
• Disclosure at the time of booking
• Invoicing
• Websites
• Social media

The session is free of charge and all TICO Certified Travel Agents, Supervisor/Managers and TICO Registered agency owners are welcome to attend.

This workshop is an opportunity for you to receive some valuable information as well as ask questions, provide feedback and network with your peers.

The Workshop will be held at TICO's offices, located at 2700 Matheson Blvd. E, Suite 402, West Tower, in Mississauga:

• Friday January 19th 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Thursday February 8th 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Tuesday February 27th 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Thursday March 22nd 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
• Wednesday March 28th 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
