Rauzon joins Canandes

Two weeks ago, Michele Rauzon was named vice-president of national sales at Canandes.

Her new role involves developing new strategies to strengthen the commercial development of Canandes in Quebec and gradually increase the tour operator’s brand awareness in English Canada.

“Michelle is a hardworking and well-respected figure in the travel industry,” said Patricia Perez, general manager of Canandes. “She is known in Quebec, but also in the rest of Canada. Thanks to her expertise, she will support our growing organization.”

A well-known figure in the industry, Michele Rauzon notably worked at Alio for 17 years. She recently held the post of sales director for Quebec and Manitoba at Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Uniworld (The Travel Corporation).

Established in 1984, Canandes is a tour operator specializing in ‘niche’ products and specialty tours. Based in Montreal, Quebec, it has recently expressed its goal to expand its products to the rest of Canada.
